Worship and Music

The cornerstone of our community

Worship is the cornerstone of our community here at St Helen's. Coming together as a community, we pray, sing and experience the grace of God in our welcoming sanctuary. Through reading and sacrament we take part in a sacred rite that connects us to one another and to generations of Christians who have come before.

Sunday services are at 8:00am Book of Common Prayer said Eucharist (no music) in the Chapel and 10:00am Choral Eucharist in the Church.

As leaders in worship, the St Helen's church choir sings anthems and leads the congregation in singing service music from a variety of traditions. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of previous experience. The choir practices Thursday evenings 7:00-8:30pm and again on Sunday mornings at 9:00am.
