Phineas Gould proudly displays the sixty (60!) jars of 'Phin's Blackberry Jam' he made for the Holly Bazaar at St. Helen's Anglican Church at 4405 W. 8th Ave. this Saturday (Nov 28) 11am-2pm.
Young Master Gould generously acknowledged the assistance of his production manager, the incomparable Suzanne Morgan, in producing this year's line of fine jams. Asked how they managed to make so much jam he said, "Well we fired up the production line for maximum functionality and started pumpin' 'er out."
An extra long growing season this past year also helped in producing a bumper crop for Phin's Blackberry Farms, another of Mr. Gould's ventures, which supplies the fruit for the condiment.
Phin's Phine Jams is just one of a number of local producers providing artisanal condiments, candy, and other treats for this year's Holly Bazaar. It's the event of the season! Don't miss out!
